HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery cost is FREE within the UK and EU.

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We know how tricky finding the perfect suit can be, specially online. We have a SIZE GUIDE for your convenience, but we are more than happy to assist you with any further questions regarding the fit.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMSUIT?

Hand wash, lay flat to dry, do not fold or iron. Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Some color fade may occur after long exposure to sunlight.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship worldwide!

All online in-stock orders are processed by Leonora Swim within 1-3 days of placing your order. From the moment the order is processed, the shipping times are the following:

Domestic (UK):                     from 2-5 working days

European Union (EU):          from 3-7 working days

When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. 


PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE EUROPEAN UNION MAY BE SUBJECT TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AT THE RECEIVERS EXPENSE. ALL CUSTOMERS AGREE TO PAY IN FULL FOR ALL ITEMS & FEES BEFORE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email info@leonoraswim.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your bikini!

The item/s must be in original condition with cotton bag, returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Leonora Swim offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost outside EU and UK). 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

We offer 30-days hassle-free return for your bikini!

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@leonoraswim.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange/return. 

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.) 

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost outside EU and UK).

Leonora Swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all our products are the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@leonoraswim.com so we can urgently arrange the best solution for you!!
